Is Fiesta Americana Acapulco Villas All Inclusive?
No, we are a hotel that operates under the European Plan. Food and drinks are paid directly at our consumption centers.
How much is parking on the property?
Parking is available for MXN 120 per night, per car. Trucks and Sprinter type vans are not accepted.
What time is check-in at Fiesta Americana Acapulco Villas?
Start of check-in: 15:00. There is a charge for checking in before the established time (subject to availability).
What time is check-out at Fiesta Americana Acapulco Villas?
Check-out is at noon. Late check-out is possible for a fee (amount may vary and is subject to availability).
Does the hotel accept dollars and does it exchange money?
No, all services (including the payment of the stay) are made in national currency, that is, Mexican pesos.
How many restaurants are there in the hotel?
We have 3 restaurants and 4 bars.
What is the price of the buffet breakfast?
Our buffet breakfast has a cost of 400 MXN per person for adults and children from 4 to 12 years old pay 200 MXN.
How many pools are there in the hotel?
We have 2 pools available for our guests.
Are there facilities and activity programs for children?
Yes, the little ones between 4 and 12 years old will have a great time at the Fiesta Kids Club, with dynamic activities, crafts, video games and a lunch included. All under the care of our experienced staff. Office hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Are dogs accepted?
Yes, service and emotional support dogs are welcome. Paying an extra fee per night, per room, you must reserve a Dog Friendly room category and consult terms and conditions.
Is there a gym in the hotel?
Yes, our gym has everything you need to continue with your daily routine and there is no extra charge. It is open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
What are the Spa service hours?
Spa facilities open daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Does the hotel have facilities for events?
We adapt our facilities to offer you ideal spaces where you can hold business breakfasts, lunches and dinners in our restaurants.
Can a wedding be held at the hotel?
We have everything you need for a perfect wedding: dream spaces, detailed organization and specialized attention at all times.
Does the hotel offer transportation from the airport?
We do not have transportation service.
