If you are looking for a nice slow paced and relaxing resort this is it. The staff is fantastic and very friendly and the food is very reasonably priced. Rent a bed overlooking the ocean it is very affordable and quiet, the drink and food prices at the pool can't be beat. This resort has great WIFI throughout the resort and we had no problems connecting and streaming content on it. This resort mostly caters to families and locals so there is not a huge party scene at the pool which is very nice. There are ample restaurants close to the resort within walking distance if you want to get out a little.
"Acapulco at its best"
A wonderful facility, and if you are as lucky as we were, spectacular views. An ability to speak some Spanish is a definite plus here. If you want to be surrounded by Americans, Canadians or Europeans this is not the place for you. All the guests we encountered were Mexicans, and mostly from Mexico City. Our 2 bedroom suite was beautiful, and all services were extraordinary, and friendly. Pools are lovely, and poolside service friendly and fast. Our only complaint would be a lack of local and tourist information. I assume that the Mexicans, mostly from Mexico City come for relaxation, and what the hotel has to offer. For the occasional gringo, such info. would be helpful.
"Great Location and awesome pool"
Had a terrific time here. Overall a great resort. Our room had a great view. The only issue was being vegetarians we had limited choice of food. But other then that we had a very relaxing vacation here and enjoyed the pool and the access to the beach a lot.
"lower rooms awful, Loud Music"
The music was extremely loud. I booked the room to relax, not able to sleep. I mentioned but it seems that no one care about it. The loud music did not stop until 5 + in the morning. I would not recommend this hotel
"Noise, noise, noise"
Stayed here just last week, had a room on the 17th floor. I would not recommend to stay here. This is part of the timeshare hotels from the hilton, and that is why I came down here. But the whole timeshare business is a scam from my perspective, and that the hilton includes this hotel in its package is just re-emphasizing that view. The mayor of this town (although I now understand the new mayor might change the rule) should never allow a dancing across the street (see picture) impact hundreds of visitors to have to listen until 4 or 5 AM to extremely loud music. This is the dumbest thing I ever seen. If you want American tourist to come to Acapulco, this is not the way to do it. They didn't accept my Hilton Gold Status either so no free breakfast. Rooms are good and clean no issues there. This hotel is mostly occupied by the Mexicans themselves. This hotel is in the gold district of Acapulco. I would advise the Fiesta management to buy the dancing across the street so they can manage the music level themselves. Apparently this is issue is going on for a number of years! already. Shame.
