La Condesa is one of the most popular and crowded beaches in the port of Acapulco. It is located north-northeast of the bay of Santa Lucía in the tourist area known as Acapulco Dorado. It comprises a short section of Avenida Costera Miguel Alemán, from Plaza Marbella to the Fiesta Americana hotel building, 655 meters long.
