10:30 a.m. Arrival of Santa Claus.
11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Brunch at Kalmia restaurant.
5:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. Christmas buffet in Kalmia restaurant.
5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.  A la carte menus in all fine dining restaurants.

5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Special New Year’s eve dinner set menus at all fine dining restaurants.
6:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. New Year’s eve buffet at Kalmia restaurant.
11:45 p.m. – 12:01 a.m. Champagne, 12 grapes and countdown.
21:00 p.m. - 01:00 a.m. New Year´s Party at pool area.
12:00 a.m. - 02:00 a.m. Hamburgers and hot dog at the grill.
