Overall my stay was great! It is located pretty much in the heart of the city. Many things to do and see within walking distance. It is a mix of of historical culture and modern living. I was here for a week and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The decor and plumbing are a bit outdated but the rooms were comfy and clean. Also rented a car during my visit so the hotel had valet parking so be prepared for the fee. The hotel did not have a pool but its not a deal breaker. The gym was nice too. I would definitely stay here again. The price was modest and I recommend anyone to visit during Dia de Los Muertos!!
"Never again... sad how this room looks(photos)"
Is sad how deplorable the furniture & the rooms look...
sadly i am here another more night(already booked)
Definitely the only asset working properly is their staff!( fast, warm and very polite in general)
The location is good but not justify stay here there is another options with the same range in by faaaaaaaaar better conditions.
"Average - staff rude"
We stayed at the hotel after hearing good reviews - to say the staff were rude is an understatement.. we had hotel staff coming into our room and opening windows when they weren't making up our room, excessive noise from maintenance happening, good location is probably the only positive about it.. over rated and check in time is 3pm - no early check ins which meant everyone was sitting in the hotel lobby waiting and then it was rush hour from about 3-5pm - hotel staff weren't bothered and don't care about any needs.. would not recommend and would not stay here again!!
"Great location but old hotel"
Stayes for 3 nights while on work at mexico city. The location of this hotel is best. Right on reforma u can have mexico skyline. During my visit was halloween so reforma st was full of colourful people. The hotel is pretty old and rooms especially bathrooms have old amenities. Also it dont have a swiming pool. Its a 4 star
"Very nice for the price, but needs upgrades"
I stayed here two nights and enjoyed my stay. Very friendly staff and attentive. Rooms are ok, but dated. They look a bit tired and bathrooms really need new appliances. Grear views of the city. Will stay again on a future trip.
