Online reservations: information requested in this section allows Grupo Posadas to contact clients whenever necessary and protect the company from fraud. Information requested from users includes: name, last name, name of company where user works, address, number of credit card and expiration date of card, email address, telephone number and Fiesta Rewards membership number if applicable.
Users can be contacted by telephone, postal mail, and email if additional information is needed to complete the transaction. Upon concluding the reservation process, users may request Grupo Posadas to notify them of special promotions via email.
Personal Profile: Information requested in this section enables Grupo Posadas to offer the practical express reservation service and personalization of its content. The objective of express reservations is to save the users time, allowing users to recover information fields that have previously been filled in; this is done through beginning a session through the use of a user number and a confidential PIN (personal identification number). The objective of personalizing content is to adapt promotions and notifications to the preferences previously notified by user. During the registration process the following information is requested: name, last name, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, marital status, sex, address where user wishes to receive correspondence, travel preferences, room preferences, credit card information and billing information. The aforementioned user number and personal identification number can be used to change or update information at any time. Fiesta Rewards and Caesar Rewards Programs: Information requested includes: name, last name, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, marital status, sex, address where user wishes to receive correspondence, and more. Program to notify users of special promotions via email: Information provided by visitors includes: name, last name, email address, country, telephone number, travel preferences and habits, and more. Grupo Posadas uses the information provided during the reservation process, the registered profile, enrolment in a loyalty program, and promotions to carry out internal studies on demographic data, and the interests and behavior of our users; this study is compiled and analyzed jointly. Grupo Posadas' most important objective in collecting personal information is to understand the user and provide him/her with a more satisfactory experience when visiting our sites and acquiring our services.
