came for business, this was a very nice hotel. My room was the perfect size, but I had some issues with the A/C - other then that, all was great! Really nice shampoo's, lotions, etc. The whole hotel was very clean and all were extremely friendly
"Awesome stay! Will be back"

Paloma at the front desk was super nice, Luis Antonion at the new Azul 70 was great, food was delucious, try the rose petals ice cream!
At the buffet on first floor breakfast was excellent, dinner too, Irene the server..super sweet lady, room service was quick and attentive
The rooms are being remodeled they are outdated but the beds are nice and they have 27' tvs in the bedrooms! Super cool
Will definitely be back when in Mexico City this hotel is close to everything nice and affordable
"Excellent Hotel at the Heart of Mexico City"
I stayed at the Fiesta Americana Reforma in my recent business trip to Mexico City. The staff of the hotel were very polite and helpful. The room was well appointed, very clean and with all modern amenities. The room had a wonderful view of Paseo de la Reforma which I really enjoyed. The location is very good. The restaurants have a menu with variety and modernity. I am looking forward to my next stay at this hotel.
The hotel was clean and the room well appointed with everything you need but the hotrl itself was away from the city centre i would eatd it as a very "American" hot e l ehich seemed to be the main clientelle bed was comfortable.
"Great place to stay for businees trip"
Clean/Quiet/close to work. Good location for visiting Metepec - restaurant's/shopping areas. Desk staff is great especially Stella - Always a friendly smile to greet you and will help with anything you need.
