"Great Location and service at Fiesta Americana Reforma"
This is a great place to stay while visiting Mexico City, convenient location, great service. Can get to turibus within walking distance going to downtown or to Avenida Reforma to Chapultepec. Very nice area and very safe, felt at home. Concierge service very helpful finding things to do while visiting. Would stay there next time.
"Breakfast Buffet "
If you are around Reforma, this is a great place for breakfast. The buffet is impressive and caters to every imaginable taste. From fresh fruits and juices, made to order omelettes, made to order steaks, and a great variety of traditional Mexican fare.
The baked goods are very good as well.
Moderately priced it was a great find
"Over the top customer service"
My husband and I were overwhelmed by the generosity and royal treatment we received from the staff at Fiesta Americana La Reforma on our recent vacation to Mexico City. The concierge team, bell hops and house keeping staff were top-notch. Carla, the concierge, conspired to secretly adorn our room with wine, chocolate dipped strawberries, rose petals, robes and a bubble bath while we were at dinner one evening. The bell hop team (Omar Martinez, Oswaldo and Juan Gonzalez) was super attentive, full of smiles and offered great advice. Big thanks to you all. We'll be back soon! #mexicoistheshit #mexicoisforlovers
Make sure if you stay at Fiesta Americana hotel, you talk to Karla Mejia Reyes. She is a concierge at the hotel and she is amazing an very knowledgeable about cool places to visit. She is sweetest person there :)
Rooms are falling apart: Dresser drawers falling off; bathtub was clogged, door latch hanging by a thread as it looked like someone tried to force their way inside and even broke a piece of the door. Asked for a city view and got an empty lot view. The 5am wake up call I asked for never came in. Never again will I set foot inside the Fiesta Americana Reforma in Mexico City.
