Fiesta Americana is definitely where you want to stay if you plan on exploring CDMX. I’ve stayed here a couple of times now because of how good they are. They have tours to choose from, great food/restaurants on site, and very centric! Not only that but their staff...they go above and beyond with whatever one may need.
The rooms were okay. The only inconvenience was that there was too much noise coming from the outside. Either from the traffic outside on the streets or the maids cleaning. Would have loved that the walls and windows were noise proof.
We stayed in this hotel 2 nights. The hotel has good location on Paseo De La Reforma avenue. There are a lots of restaurant around. Our room on the high floor has great view over city. Room was so nice and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. We recommend definitely this hotel.
"Hotel Fiesta Americana"
I stayed at the hotel for 3 weeks because of my work. In general the facilities are very clean and the wifi was excellent even in the rooms. However, the Reforma restaurant I must say that the food is not the best. One day I ordered a chicken soup and it was very salty and spicy. There is not much variety in the buffets. The restaurant must offer light options for the guests.
One night there was a seismic alert and we went down to the emergency stairs where the signaling was not very clear and we did not know how far to go or where to go. In the room does not say anything what to do in case of an earthquake.
"5 star luxury with great customer service"
I stayed at this hotel for my birthday... the room was luxurious, the bed amazing clean and comfortable and the shower was amazing, very spacious and luxurious. The room service is 10/10 for speed and quality of the food.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
