This hotel is very nice. It is pretty 80's style and outdated compared to what you find in some hotels in the states, but the service makes up for it. We waited for a very long time to check in. Saul at the front desk was very attentive, and made sure we were taken care of. The view from my room was great. We had the club access room on the 20th floor room 2018 I believe. My husband and I were celebrating our 20th anniversary in Mexico , they had our room fixed up with rose petals, robes, slippers drawn bath with rose petals. The location was great. You can walk to a mall a few blocks away and the Hop ON Hop off (Touribus) stops right in front. There are restaurants across the street Toks, Panda etc. A very convenient location. In the club lounge they served breakfast as well as drinks and some finger foods in the evening.
"Great location, price, and service"
This hotel has a great location on the main downtown road (Reforma). The main Turibus line stops in front of the hotel. The breakfast, bar, and restaurant were all great. The kids enjoyed the breakfast and the adults loved the bar and the nice restaurant overlooking the main road. The hotel is a little older but they have done well to keep it modern (wifi worked great, flat screen TVs, updated bathrooms, plenty of elevators where we never had to wait long). Room service was prompt. We had an issue with a faucet that was fixed the same day we requested maintenance. Very affordable. I would definitely come back.
"Great Location and awesome stay!"
We spent just a couple of nights in Fiesta Americana Reforma after a trip to Toluca. The hotel is located in the Paseo de la Reforma area which is active and felt safe. Just outside the hotel there is a Starbucks, a Tok's restaurant across the street an a Carl's Jr. hamburger place. The room was nice and it had a large flat screen TV (around 50"). We used the room service once and the service was good. We had also brunch and dinner buffet at the cafeteria located at the Mezzanine. The food variety was awesome and delicious. Since our time was limited we did not have the opportunity to use other hotel amenities. I would definitely would like to come back!
The hotel was perfectly located. The staff was extremely cordial and courteous. We had a late check-in at 10 pm and everyone was so accommodating. When leaving, our flight left at 5 and the front staff graciously granted a late check out at 3 pm. The restaurant was also wonderful, great food and service. Overall, we would stay there again.
Good hotel in the middle of Mexico City. Walking distance to many major attractions. The location is perfect.
There is a Starbucks in the building, which was nice for espressos in the morning. There are several other restaurants in the building.
