"Air conditioningr does not work correctly , does not cool"
Air conditioning does not work correctly, only blower works but does not cool, in cities were the weather is really hot like Hermosillo , a cool room is a needed and the expectation from a good hotel is meet this condition for the room.

Nice and clean rooms. In general staff was friendly and open. met only helpful staff at reception and in restaurant. the quality of the breakfast in the restaurant was great - never ate any dinner at hotel. all in all a hotel i will return to.
"Good for business trips"
Very hospitable, perfect for business tips. Good internet as well as various connections all over the room. Great breakfast buffet, the only complain is that service was a bit slow, specially the omelet counter. I also hosted an event on one of their salons and the service was spectacular.
"Spacious modern hotel"
We checked in late without reservation and had no problems getting 2 rooms. The service at the concierge is friendly and efficient, rooms are specious and clean. Wifi works great and there is a big restaurant on the premises. The hotel is not too far form the airport either.
NB: we were charged $149 on my credit card for a room with two single beds. If you check on the pricelist at the concierge desk and ANYWHERE online you will get a rate of $75-100. When I left someone came out and said something about 800Pesos refund and then another gentleman said not too worry about it, it was taken care of. I wonder if this is a scam, so check the price when you check in that it matches the front desk board and is at least in the ballpark of online rates.
"Watch stolen from room"
I spent in this hotel many weeks for work during 2016 (almost 20 weeks), the hotel location is not bad, the service is not excellent but acceptable. But during my last visit, a valuable watch was stolen from my room. it is worth to notice that it was hidden inside my luggage, so this means that somebody, without knowing the presence of the watch, searched inside my closed luggage. Anyway, when I reported it, almost no support was given by the personnel of the hotel, and was very difficult to speak with the manager (I had to wait 5 days to be able to do it). When I left, I was contacted offering the replacement or reimbursement of the stolen watch: of course this seemed a very good surprise, that initially gave me a very positive impression of good customer care. But after 2 months, this replacement or reimbursement has not yet occurred, bringing out many absurd excuses and demonstrating a very scarce customer care, especially after this offer was made. The hotel is in a very good position, but nevertheless I am considering to stop using it for me and for my company, given the bad accident, but specially given the very bad follow up after this happened.
