Fiesta Americana Hacienda San Antonio El Puente Cuernavaca
Location #1 of 3 hotels in Xochitepec
Summary of qualifications
Great hotel surrounded by historical buildings. New architecture compliments old ruins. My room was large with high ceilings and great view to gardens. Its set in an old Hacienda with lush gardens. The service was great and the staff friendly and very accommodating. I found the restaurant had great typical food . The setting was quite romantic. Would recommend for business events, weddings and family retreats.
"Jewel in the Valley"
Flew into Mexico City and arranged transportation to the hotel. 1.5 hours later we were turning off the toll road and headed down through a rundown area of town. I have to say I was a little nervous about what we were to expect. I was floored as we entered the property (old sugar mill) to a fountain and green grass. Property was expertly maintained and service was as good as any 4 star resort. When we got to our room the temperature was already set to 20C perfect for sleeping. Everything was very clean and orderly. This property is perfect for a destination wedding. Eating area was expertly staffed and each morning the buffet had something for everyone. Walking from the property to town I felt safe an even bought items from the locals. English is not spoken a lot here but even a gringo like me was able to purchase local items. We actually left the property each day to get snacks from a local store.
This hotel was AMAZING. The photos on the website do no do it justice. Beyond the beauty of the space, the food was delicious, the rooms were beyond comfortable and clean and the staff continually went above and beyond to ensure that everyone in our group felt at home. I cannot wait to return.
"Excellent place for conventions!"
I went there for a business training and I loved it. They have great food and service, the bedroom and bathrooms are comfortable and clean. They offer a good structure for corporate trainings. I would come back there for sure!
The Fiesta Americana Hacienda was the highlight of my trip to Mexico. It was large and beautiful, service was excellent and I felt like an Aztec queen. Even though it was pricier than other alternatives it was worth every penny. Don't forget to check out the pool and the saxophone player at the breakfast.
